See us at Crayford Toy Fair - THIS SUNDAY - 29th March 2026
This Sunday, we return to the hugely popular Crayford Toy Fair, once again at Novio Magnus Hall, Bourne Road, Crayford, South East London, DA1 4BU (accessible venue, free parking, near local bus and Southeastern train connections).

We have some very special items to display including a rare USS Enterprise -D vintage model to celebrate 60 years of Star Trek, vintage 1970s Doctor Who Board Games, sealed Doctor Who audio adventures on CD, rare Doctor Who magazines and comics, plus an original LEGO Classic Space 928 Galaxy Explorer spaceship, spaceship, spaceship from 1979!
And that's just my stall - there will be loads of other sellers there too with classic retro Star Wars, Ghostbusters, A-Team, He-Man, Transformers toys to feast your eyes on.
So set your space/time co-ordinates ready to beam down on Sunday, you won't regret it!
Crayford Toy Fair Reaction - February 2026
I attended the Crayford Vintage Toy Fair for the first time as a seller on Sunday 1st February! The venue may be small, but the vibes were anything but… it felt like a mini Comic Con, buzzing with collectors, traders and nostalgic toy fans from the moment the doors opened early at 9.30am.
My table was packed with mainly Star Wars toys, comics and books, plus a healthy dose of Doctor Who, spanning the 1980s right through to modern releases - and it went down brilliantly. I met loads of friendly collectors, and had some great chats with fellow sellers about all things vintage sci-fi and pop culture. Exactly the kind of day you hope for at these events.
Even better, the fair was covered by YouTuber Retrobunga, and I even make a cameo appearance towards the end of his video (you can check it out here: CRAYFORD VINTAGE TOY FAIR 👀).
Rest assured, I’m already booked in for the next Crayford Toy Fair on Sunday 29th March, and I can’t wait to do it all again!

Time really flies - it’s already been a month since we hit Wigan Comic Con! I’ve packed ALL the action into one quick-fire super-cut video! From cosplay to collectables, Doctor Who to Star Wars - it’s all here. 🎬✨ I also used this as a chance to test out Clipchamp (the new Windows 11 video editor) with a little help from my daughter. Wigan Comic Con - August 2025
Wow – what an incredible day we had at Wigan Comic Con on Saturday 23rd August! From setting up at 7.30am right through to packing down at 4pm, it was full-on from start to finish – but the amazing energy and passion of all the sci-fi fans kept us buzzing all day.
We were so busy selling and chatting with fellow collectors that we didn’t get the chance to meet the Doctor Who guests this year… though Colin Baker himself did stroll past and give us a friendly “hello” during his walkabout – a proper Doctor moment!
The fun didn’t stop there: a Mandalorian Bounty Hunter and Optimus Prime dropped by our stand (cosplay at its finest), and we even had a squad of mischievous roving Daleks on patrol. Who needs coffee when you’ve got that kind of excitement?
Best of all, we did even better than last year – something I honestly didn’t think was possible. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, pick up some sci-fi treasures, and share in the fun. And special thanks to NWCC Events for having us and to the Richie's Sci-Fi Collectables Crew for their hard work - you were amazing!

🚀 Wigan Comic Con – We’re Ready! 🚀
On Saturday 23rd August we’ll be back at Wigan Comic Con with our stand packed full of Doctor Who and Star Wars collectables – from vintage and retro action figures and DVDs to books, comics, magazines, and rare treasures.
We'll also have special bundle deals on books, modern Doctor Who/SFX Magazines, vintage DWMs (80s/90s), Dapol and Character Options action figures (inc. a limited number of B&M exclusives), and plenty of "Kid's Picks" for younger fans!

Super Saturday - July 2025
We dropped in on the annual Super Saturday pop culture event at Bexleyheath Broadway on 26th July to meet a few super-heroes on their day off and check out some vintage film and movie vehicles including the classic 1966 Batmobile, DeLorean Time Machine from Back to the Future and the Ecto-1 Cadillac from Ghostbusters!

We’re Heading Back to Wigan Comic Con! 🚀
We’re thrilled to officially reveal that we will be returning to Wigan Comic Con on Saturday 23rd August 2025 - our second time at this fantastic event!
Last year was a blast, and we can’t wait to be back among fellow fans, collectors, and cosplayers. Expect plenty of Doctor Who and Star Wars nostalgia at our stand - including vintage treasures, bargains, and hidden gems from across time and space.
In the meantime, why not explore our eBay store, now packed with around 100 sci-fi collectables... We’ve recently added some rare Doctor Who VHS tapes, classic audio CDs, books, magazines, DVDs, and other memorabilia - perfect for topping up your collection or finding that long-lost piece you’ve been searching for.

Brentwood Comic Con - November 2024
Thank you to everyone who visited our stand at Brentwood Comic Con and supported us on Sunday 10th November! We had the pleasure of meeting so many passionate sci-fi fans. From seasoned collectors hunting for rare finds to young enthusiasts starting their first collection, each conversation was a reminder of why we do what we do. Hearing about your favorite moments from Doctor Who and Star Wars was a highlight in itself
You never forget your first Dalek customer! Seeing one of Doctor Who's iconic foes glide up to our stand was a surreal and fantastic moment. It was a perfect reminder of why we love sci-fi – it brings characters to life in the most unexpected ways.
Once again, our exclusive pens were a big hit! It was so rewarding to see smiles as we handed out this small token of appreciation to everyone who supported our stand.
We’re already thinking about the exciting events we’ll be part of in 2025. To everyone who visited our stand in 2024 – thank you! Your support means the galaxy to us, and we can’t wait to see you at future conventions.
Wigan Comic Con - October 2024
On Saturday 28th September 2024, we debuted our stand selling Doctor Who and Star Wars merchandise at Wigan Comic Con! It was a really well organised and attended event with some amazing guest stars, retro-gaming, photo opportunities and live music. It was such a fun day meeting so many passionate fans in person - thank you so much if you dropped by or picked something up from us. We'll be sure to be back next year!
The icing on the cake for me personally was that I finally got to meet The Fifth Doctor Who Peter Davison and his companion Janet Fielding (Tegan Jovanka)! Oh, and now they each have one of our collectable pens! 🖊
Doctor Who Live - September 2024
On Saturday 14th September, we were lucky enough to attend the evening performance of the first ever official Doctor Who Live Audio Adventure from Big Finish Productions at Cadogan Hall in London. The Stuff of Legend starred Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor, India Fisher as companion Charley and Alex Macqueen as The Master. It was performed with music, sound effects and live Dalek voices from Nick Briggs! It was directed by Barnaby Edwards, himself a Dalek Operator on the TV show.
It was a brilliant night, the whole cast were fantastic and the story is an absolute cracker. The sold out shows were recorded for future release (available now on CD and Download). Here's hoping they do more live shows like this.
Event Update - August 2024
It's now under a month to go until Wigan Comic Con 2024! The August Bank Holiday was spent prepping and pricing inventory and then seeing if it will fit in the car. Hopefully with enough room left over for the Collectables Crew (if they travel light)! So make sure you come along as for one day only you'll be able to check out our wide range of rare toys, books, comics, magazines, DVDs/Videos, CDs and pick up a bargain and maybe a freebie or two.
We're super-excited with the special guest announcements including Peter Davison and Janet Fielding (The Fifth Doctor and Tegan) from Classic Who. We're massive fans of the Davison Years (1982-84) and The Power of the Doctor feature length special (2022) where they both returned in spectacular fashion! So, we'll definitely be dusting off our cricketing whites, designer celery and air-hostess uniforms!
Certain members of the Crew (those under 18) are more excited by the appearance of Hacker T. Dog, the furry CBBC star (plus his handler Phil Fletcher). Well, Wigan is his home town after all!
Website Launch - July 2024
This website is officially launched with an initial range of rare and collectable items from the worlds of Doctor Who, Star Wars, James Bond 007 and other exciting film/TV franchises! More desirable items will be listed soon so bookmark the site now and watch this space!
As part of the launch, we can also reveal that we will have a stand selling Doctor Who and Star Wars collectables at Brentwood Comic Con on 10th November 2024 . This will be our second event after Wigan Comic Con on 28th September 2024. Come along to meet us in person and grab a bargain - we will have a much broader range of items on display and for sale including vintage toys/collectables as well as a selection of new/retro merchandise.
